@mineoritybysaby is a mining themed restaurant by renowned Chef Sabyasachi (Saby) , it's his tribute to miners of West bengal. Everything from interiors to Cutlery has a mining vibe to it. Their signature cocktails are a must try. My recommendation My yellow canary:- Based on a yellow bird carried in a cage above the head of miners to judge the level of toxic gases inside the cave ,thus preventing miners from harmful gases. Handia madi Frothy tribal beer made from rice fermented in a handi Mocktails were damn delicious ,i would recommend Mango berry and watermelon mojito. Starters:- Kalimpong chilly cheese rolls and Signature black chicken was damn delicious , perfect to go with your drinks. Dumplings are a must try here, Specially crystal veg and spicy spinach dumplings For mains :- Khow suey with burnt garlic noodles was best, perfect flavours loved it. Chanaar dalna:-Cottage cheese curry with Paratha (Flavours were different must try) Dessert:- Sizzling brownie and Miners dark devil (Mud cake layered with dark chocolate,topped with cream and chocolate frosting) Overall a wonderful experience

Mineority By Saby a beautiful mining themed rooftop restaurant and the decor is beautiful and they have indoor as well as outdoor seating. If you want to experience a different aspect of culture then you must visit this place. It is based on mining concept with the food culture of the tribals from the coal mining map by Chef Sabyasachi ️ They have great variety of food and beverages and their cocktails are amazing and have a cultural touch of the theme which is coal mining. The ambience is very gorgeous, beautiful and very colourful with rooftop. About the food; Veg and Non-veg appetizer:- MUST TRY In Picture:- • Signature black Chicken is yummylicious, made with black spices served with green chutney. • Latin quesso fondido was delicious, creamy and cheesiest. As the name Mineority by sabby the place is decore in a way like life of miners..also the tables,chairs,plates and bar counter is miner theme based.. Ambience is colorful and have rooftop sitting also. . ️ Signature black chicken Balck spices and tender chicken... delicious in taste..loved it ️Spicy spinach dumpling I loved the spinach and cheese stuffed in dumpling...tasty ️Crystal veg dumpling Thick coated dumpling and 3 types of sauces together make your palate satisfy ️Cheese fondue It's creamy cheese fondue...yummm in taste ️Nasi Goreng Is chicken omlet and rice combination dish... chicken taste so good and rice mixed with sauces taste so delicious ️Khao Suey veg A Burmese dish is one of my favorite...loved it So overall it was great experience Thank you so much Many more to try

Food is excellent and mouth watering. They do deserve 5 stars but they should improve on their services. Other than that ambience is good and staff is very friendly and polite.

The place was 1000 times better in terms of food quality 4yrs back. Now it's not too great. My recommendations would be stick to regular North Indian food. The miners specialities not up to the mark. However the ppl and service is very good.
