The most horrible and fraud agency to deal with. No good staff, no skill set, no courtesy to pick up calls and revert. Highly unprofessional... I wish I could give negative stars... Once you invest, you never get your money back...
I've been using caretaker agencies for more than 2 years for my father-in-law. This one is the worst you can get. 1) No one answers their phones. However they promptly call for following up on payments 2) They take advance payment and Rs.7,500 registration charges - basically to dupe you! 3) They offer mimimum to no training to their caretakers / attendants. 4) There is no system of taking feedback or understanding what the patient's issues are 5) The attendant is not briefed at all about the patient's situation 6) They don't pickup calls made by their attendants 7) I was told they have 5,000 caretakers with them and I can ask for replacement anytime. 8)My attendant just eloped and I never got any replacement.
This is a pathetic and Fraud agency . Provides worst maids , customer service is pathetic and Mr. Ritesh Shinde and Rupesh shinde are cheats . They don't answer calls and denied refund when we requested to surender their service within 1 year which was agreed upon . Request everyone to make a join complaint and take legal action against them . If not I will do it alone . Such agencies need to be taught a lesson so people don't get cheated on future .
If you want to be out of pocket and left fed up this is the agency for you. Read the contract carefully and don't make the mistake of signing up or at least not on their terms, else guarantee to make a loss both in monetary terms and peace of mind. Their workers are basically trained to tell you they know everything but you soon realise the agency preys not only the vulnerable elderly people and disabled patients but their workers who won't get paid on time and you as carer or the patient will most certainly get blamed. They keep you happy enough to keep the money flowing. and they will harass you and threaten you. The two positive reviews I can see on this page are their staff only boosting their rating.
Their name should be No 1 fraud bureau. They say their maids know everything but they know nothing. They had send below kind of people to look after baby/old people * Who collect garbage on roads * Who worked their whole life as beedi workers with tobacco stink on their hands * Negative attitude maids who don't want to work and get free money etc.. This bureau is just there to loot needy people. Don't do any business unless you want to loose money and peace of mind.
Do not sign up especially if you have vulnerable elderly or disabled parents needing looking after. Worst service and total liars
