The theme is Purva Silversands in Pune is what attracted me to it. I have seen the details of the project online and had mailed their concerned sales department looking for more details. The responses were quick, and they were happy to answer queries. When I came to India, I decided to visit the site to get more details. I was highly impressed with the amount of work getting done each day. The huge spaces and modern amenities is exactly what I was looking to invest in. I am sure I would be able to put it on rent for a few years before deciding to come back and live here. I am in the last stage of finalizing things and hope everything goes smoothly.

Beware of fake reviews. Read on for the truth with proof. Booked a flat in 2016. Was promised possession in 2019. Even after 3 years the builders couldnt even finish 1 tower out of the proposed 13. Now the builder has a completely new strategy to fool people by naming a couple of buildings in the same project differently. And showing as if it's a completely new project and will be ready by 2022. The project initially was called "Purva Silver Sands" which had 13 towers with flashy amenities like wave pool, sunken bar, joggers park, sports facilities etc. As of today, they were able to complete only 4 towers out of the 13 promised. Now they have named few of those 13 towers as "Emerald bay" very smartly trying to hide the failure of the project and trying to portray as if it's a new project to attract customers. Sadly even today I have no hopes of possession of my flat by June 2021. The last proposed date was Dec 2020 but due to covid pandemic, RERA had given an extension of 6 months, hence June 2021. Today when I visited the site, my building B9 and B10, two of the four buildings they managed to erect, - its top 5 floors still has tiling and flooring work pending, interiors pending, plastering and painting pending, terrace construction is not completed yet, amenities are out of question. As of today, Here's a glimpse of the project claimed to be ready by May/June 2021.

I heard about Purva Silversands from one of my friends and decided to take a look at it. The project is in the construction stage, but the sales executives were very helpful when I visited their site. I was impressed by their presentation, and it feels like their construction is going on-time and would be ready as scheduled. I thought that the beach theme apartment would be a little odd, but the complex is shaping up beautifully. I feel the complex would be one of the top luxurious complexes in Pune to live in in the coming years. I have already scheduled another meeting with the executives to help with a few questions about the project before I go ahead with the purchase.

The Purva Silversands has a premium tropical beach feel, which is exceptionally unique and precisely like my taste! The Pune international airport is just about 15 km from the Purva Silversands, which will be the prime shot of this high-value investment. The all-rounder aspects of the Purva Silversands are exciting for my kids, too, since we will have access to various amenities like parks, squash court, basketball court, and the list is endless!

While finding different properties, my main focus on getting something in the upcoming area of Pune. And the Purva Silversands by the Puravankara is currently the best deal I can see around. Right after the location, my focus was on the facilities available inside. Extremely elated that there are different activities within the complex like gymnasium, swimming pool, skating rink, landscaped gardens, and so much more. The lavish properties of the Purva Silversands have all the necessary requirements sorted. The entire complex looks incredibly fulfilling and is certainly a great investment.

The Purva Silversands located at Mundhwa has become the talk of the town because of how different it is from other complexes in Pune. I had a chance to visit their site, and the customer service is excellent here. They took me through the site and showed me the presentation. It has every requirement you can expect from a luxury complex, and the location is the best aspect here. The entire vibe is top-notch and exquisite, with the right dash of tropical flavor due to its decor. The whole infrastructure like the hall and other facilities like gym, swimming pool, and other amenities of the Purva Silversands feels exactly like my kind of ideal home!
