Staff and owners of Roonak are professional and very knowledgeable in their area. We purchased wallpapers and curtains of them. Selection is difficult for both of them with hundreds of options available. But they understood our taste quickly and helped us select accordingly. It saved us a lot of time which otherwise would have been wasted in so many catalogues. Sushil, the sales person who helped us throughout also provided insights into materials and formats of curtains. Installation was smooth as well. We are happy with our experience.

First of all I would like to mention that Roonak furnishing is the first shop I've visited for the curtains, grass matine for balcony and film work for kitchen. I really felt gratefull for the service and guidance for decorating my home. It was really awesome experience with roonak furnishing and also like their attitude to greet the customers. Susheel, the Sales person was Very cooperative, having good knowledge, going extra mile for customer satisfaction. He understood our preferences quickly and showed curtain cloth designs accordingly. Tailoring was also good. Overall great experience.

As an Architect I recently got curtains and Sofa covers done from Roonak. The variety they have in all ranges is very good. The client was very finicky with his choice but Roonak members complied till the client was fully satisfied.. I m very happy with the service i get always from Roonak.

I have bought curtains for my home from this shop. They have very good collection according to budget. Salesman Jaywant is very helpfull and his experience and understanding is best. Quality of the curtains is good but not sure on the stitching and durability of it. Will check with them and edit my review accordingly. It's just my doubt though.

They talk all nice till you buy their product which is way overpriced. They have the worst customer service. No after sales service. The wallpaper which they installed came out within months. When i called to complain for the same they replied very arrogantly and straightaway said they will not fix it. I think all these nice reviews are fake or paid. Do not buy anything from here.

One of worst customer service. Talks all good words till you buy. No after sales service. Too much arrogance in speaking after sales. Wallpaper came out within months from installation. Made curtains, very much overpriced. Sells cheap Chinese items at higher price. I went here believing the reviews. I doubt even reviews if they are fake.
