Very bad customer service. This was used to be my go to store for all my purchases. I even recommended this place to a lot of my friends. I had a horrible experience today. There are some staff who are very rude. I was so polite being a customer and even telling them to attend other customers while I choose the specific product I need to buy, but still they are so rude to me. I wanted to buy multiple items and they were telling me "buy it if you want otherwise leave". Very disappointed. Never expected it from your store. You lost a regular customer. Reply to your response - Asking to reduce the price of the product was a general conversation I was having with the staff. I had already shortlisted 3 products. If price was the main issue, I would not have selected other 3 products as well. And while leaving I informed at the main counter about the rude behaviour. Please ask your team to improve the investigation and not to blame the customer for everything.

One of the best gift shops on DP road. You can get cosmetics, stationary, cutlery, toys, games, accessories, ornaments, jewellery, decoration items and much more. The collection is good. Check the items properly before buying though, it seems some items are old and may not be in best condition. The staff can be a bit more friendly and knowledgeable. They sometimes don't understand what you are asking for. They keep seasonal items as well so it's a good place to shop during Diwali, rakhi, holi etc.

Sell fake Nd empty products particularly cosmetics with their own new labels and date... Absolutely fake and fraud. I will give zero star if there have been any option of that.. But I missed it.

It's a great gift shop - you'll find all the generic things you need! You can find gifts for any age group and possibly any occasion. They also have a lot of decorations, stationary, toys, household items, jewellery and much more! Although it doesn't look big from the outside, it's quite expansive inside. Great place to go if you wanna buy anything!

Best place to buy stationary, Gift and ladies accessories. Easy to notice from main road. Parking is available. On ground floor they have ladies beauty products. On first stationary items are available. On second floor gifts items are available. Online payments accepted here.

Don't purchase toys from here. Dear Seller, Thanks for the prompt response. Well I don't understand what is the relation of product with my range. As per my requirement I selected the small train set and not knowing about the quality of the product. As a seller you should sell the good quality products only irrespective of the range. In this lockdown needed some books, got their number through FB, got in touch with them, gave them my requirement, and within 24 hours my books were delivered to me without any payment without any extra charge.
