This hospital is not for patients it's for customers, and they are just doing money minded business .their priority is how to make patients visit multiple times for only one problem. They don't take responsibility like they have to cure patients ,just looting the money like patients had the. Money from the tree for free . They should respect hard earned money And those reviewers who are saying anju and shaneel harsh is the best please listen its not any rally of corrupt politicians and i know they are the staffs and their connections of the hospital.

Dear Sir, Please ask you staff members to behave properly with patients. The pathetic behavior of lady who sits at inquiry desk( visited on 05/04/2020 at 2 pm ). Unprofessional response from lady "DR. S.P Sing kab aur kitne din nahi aaenge nahi pata", then why are you sitting at helpdesk? Doctor himself called us that day. The reason can be explained in professional way. Please try to improve the same. -Regards Abhinav

Anju harsh one of the worst doctors in purnea. If you want to save the life of child and mother then never visit her. I lost my sister and her newbie due to her negligence.

Visited the hospital recently, very poor management and the way patients are being treated is really bad. Social distancing is not being followed , there is no queue. Pregnant women are standing for longer than 2 hours and no one cares about it.staff are bunch of useless people , except collecting money and copying the report, they are not doing anything else. Even having a prior appointment, they don't care and allow everyone to go inside due to which pregnant womens have to wait in the queue. Only doctors life is precious, patients are being treated in an inhuman manner. Doctor wears PPE kit but she never saw how the patients are being lined up outside her cabin
