Qinling This new opening is Mumbai will make you go to this place again and again. As soon as I got to know that Qinling – Sicuhan cuisine (Chinese) speciality restaurant has opened up by the same management as very well-known and my favorite restaurants SpiceKlub, Quattro & Rolling Pin. We were here mid week for dinner as next day was a holiday and had planned to have a special dinner and have a relaxed evening. This restaurant can be easily located oppoite to Palladium, Lower Parel. This restaurant entrance is through their famous bakery called Rolling Pin and has a simple yet nice décor, this place can fit in around 52 people with a comfortable seating arrangement. I must say that the staff is extremely kind, specially the Manager – Santosh who gave some amazing recommendations and handled it so smoothly, that definitely made us feel special. The staff here definitely enjoy giving best to their customers. Here is what all we tried at Qinling – Soup Robust Hot & Sour Soup Drinks Basil Infused Lemonade Chilled Bubble Tea Strawberry Lemonade Appetizers Cream Cheese Rangoon Exotic Vegetable Dumplings Kungpao Paneer Mains Chilli Oil Rice with Corn & Pokchoy Wok Charred Mushrooms Pan fried Noodles with Veg in garlic & Shaoxing wine Dessert Mandarin Mousse We ended our beautiful evening with traditional Chinese Tea. I would just like to mention here that all the above dishes we had were superb, very well presented and extremely economical. I enjoyed having those bold flavors in some of their dishes. Guys, you need to visit Qinling. Period.
