Horrible experience.....pathetic Service.... 1.There is no co-ordination between staff and management....information does not percolate to staff....also there is false claim in advertisements.... just to narrate my incident...I purchased bike for my father, and cashier being unaware of offer on citi credit card shared through advertisement on paper he swiped amount from different swipe machine...later after discussing with management, they said somehow message could not reach to cashier so let us swipe from different machine , so I agreed and we went ahead...but even after waiting for more than 2 months, no ammount return to my account... So kindly beware of such fraudster....it could be agency, the company itself who gives false information in advertisements...probably matter of investigations... 2.there Is pervalent corruption...no receipt provided for accessories...hamlet are sold at high prices..extra ammount being collected for taxes.... Kindly refrain from purchasing any bike from this agency in Darbhanga road Muzaffarpur...
