Worst service ever had. Bought a water toilet which is RAK brand's Kristina model from Raha traders kallambalam at a cost of INR 12800. As per the plumber suggestion I bought 300 mm water toilet. After the purchase plumber tried to install it and realized as it would not fit on the washroom. Therefore it need to be changed with 220mm. Plumber approached the shop and requested to exchange with 220mm spec of the same brand and model. Raha traders not only exchanged the water toilet but informed the plumber Raha traders never exchange product once it is sold out. It is really poor customer service. There is no loyalty and service to the customer once the product is sold out at Raha Traders. Customer who spend money on material has the right to exchange the goods without any damage or usage when his or her purchase does not support the intended needs. Raha does not have such policy. I would have been provided a zero rating if there was an option. The customers who do not want be ripped off their money, beware of this shop. Keep in mind that you can buy product but you never get any customer support.
