Toll plaza is a place to charge people for using the road, which are built on BOT mode. However new technologies has made it possible for vehicles to use smart tags and pay the toll without stopping. But very few people use these tags and most toll are crowded. Rack less vehicle driver also make the situation worse by obstructing way of all vehicles.
