The centre has persistently encouraged young entrepreneurs to hone their skills in generating Values Human Resources rather than the traditional Man Power that feeds the needs of the industry. The incubation centre admits young entrepreneurs with innovative ideas that have market potential and guides them to become employers rather than being employees. The AIC-SMUTBI has been supported by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog.
