Very slow processing. It's frustrating to visit RTO office, if and only if you are submitting all your documents yourself (There is Only Agent Bazar). I am not blaming all officers, but The sone officers will let you inform that, you need to come within 4-5 days in RTO office for sign of officer. This happened when I visit RTO office first time for Learning License. The most laughing thing is the officer refer you to do work from *Agent*.
Worst office i have ever visited the i myself applied for ll licenel bt it was in vain . The road and transport related services are most corrupt in india.
They have found this desert in Ratnagiri.. Congratulations.! Please mind your new cars or bikes.. New drivers are trying their luck for DL approval..
I have applied online for Address change in my driving license on 07/10/2020 and also completed all the required procedure like documents uploaded and fee payment online, after this I have booked an appointment for related services online through slot booking options and got date of 08/01/2021 for document verification . On 08/01/2021 I visited RTO Ratnagiri to complete the remaining process, I have submitted the required documents on counter the staff person requested to get the documents verified and signed through RTO inspector but due to some kind of meeting the RTO inspector was not available in his cabin, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm I was wating outside of the cabin of the officer but he was still not arrived, I have booked appointment 3 months ago and after visiting on given date the Rto officer is not available in his office no one from rto was given right information when officer will be available, it was really frustrating, if he was in some kind of work RTO must inform or arrange another officer for the same work, not only me but there were many people wanting there work to be done, due to this reason my work was not completed and my appointment got canceled. How could the officer be such irresponsible for his duties now how could I complete my application who is responsible for my loss . This is not acceptable from RTO OFFICER
Well, This place doesn't even deserve a single star, Less Sitting Space .Worst Atmosphere. And my God,they lose network connection every 4 hrs (based on my exp ;(. The People who applied via RTO agents are given priority here. (Extra Required For Agents). People who applied Online and pay just 200 are given less priority and have to wait longer just for LL online test. People aren't advised where to visit for LL & DL application. No Enquiry Counter..... Nothing No one would want to visit such a disguisting place unless he/she wants her license. Just a star for handful of public who help each other regarding any queries ;)
