Not even worth to give an one star for their service. At the start they say the deposit can be refunded but they delay the subscription and charge you extra for a month. Its unfair to do this. And no proper process or escalation will be entertained. A pathetic customer service. When they say CEO escalation, then see how their standard of escalation is. I would like to directly talk to the CEO.

I have taken some of the product on rent from your organization, It’s hard to Saying that Your Company is providing third Class Service , I Never seen Such kind of Service till , So Disgusting and So pathetic. You should hire some of your good Employee to provide the Customer Service, Very bad management in your organization, No Way of professionalism is there. All your Customer care Team and your management Are like Donkey, Don’t Even Understand, query Also.

I rented a 1.5 ton AC from RentoMojo 3 weeks back. They delivered the AC but took almost 1 week with several follow ups with their contact center team for them to send the installation team. Finally 2 clueless fellows arrived. They inspected my house area and after their internal discussion they said and I quote "we have to drill a hole for them and also buy an AC stand" and only then they can install it (installation charge 1500). After several back and forth discussions with their online team, we sent these incapable people back. They sent another team 4 days later (again after follow ups).They finally installed the AC but even after reminding them to check the gas, they said all is good, it will work. I'm on the 3rd week now, with no cooling. Complaint has been raised but these least customer centric people keep telling you that someone will call you in 30 mins. Please do not use RentoMojo and it's services. It's mental harassment.

The worst worst renting/leasing service company one would have ever come across. It wouldn’t be wrong to say that the number of poor feedbacks are a proof of their wrong doings or asking their representatives to harass people for monthly/yearly rentals. Extremely ill-mannered executives and even more dumb headed management team. I would not even give a Star to this horrible company , had there been an option for it.

I just paid the deposit today. After taking the deposit they are asking to upload pan card and profile photo. Then credit card details. After uploading the they ask for bank statement. Who asks for bank statement for furniture??? They are totally fraud company.. Please don't go for it.... Worst service..... I need my deposit back asap. The customer care is also not receiving.

Recently rented a refrigerator along with other appliances and furniture. Absolutely horrible, it's been 2 day tiny cockroaches are found inside the fridge over night. And now found a bigger one just popping out of the fridge. I have furniture and cookware everywhere, do not need an infestation to my perils. Requested an urgent technical assistance and yet they said they'll send some in 24 to 48 hrs. Till then am I to sit at home in a pool of cockroaches? I know your rent is affordable but that doesn't mean you screw your customers with such ill maintained appliances.

ALERT for those who are planning to rent from Rentomojo. Recently I had bought a subscription from Rentomojo and they asked me to send my bank statement as well as credit card details to which I agreed. Within a week there was a fraudulent transaction on my credit card of INR 72,329 and it was done by a foreign website which seems to be a dummy website. I cannot claim that Rentomojo has done this since I have no valid proof that this was done by them. However, apart from Rentomojo I have not shared my credit card details to anybody. The very fact that they ask the credit card number as well as the CVV seems shady. If you ever plan to rent anything from Rentomojo go with advance rentals and pay via Paytm but DO NOT SHARE CARD DETAILS OR ANY BANK DETAIL EVER.
