BEWARE: It's better to buy on EMI and maybe sell your item later rather than deal with Rentomojo. This company has no ethics at all. You may rent from them but when you want to return, they will make 1000 excuses to not pick up and keep charging the rent from you because as per their policy "UNTIL THE ITEM REACHES THE COMPANY, RENT IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER" .... Even though they are responsible for not picking up. After that even if the item is picked up, forget about your security deposit. They will find some fault or the other and forfeit the deposit. Over I realised I could have paid the deposit as down payment and rent as emi and owned the product. And later I could have sold the product. Works better that way.

Horrible horrendous experience. Their furniture has cockroaches , dents and all cracked furniture. Service after delivery is horrible no one takes ownership of the pathetic delivered furniture. Money once paid is difficult to get it back. Website promises return but the no one to acknowledge your complaints.

The worst experience ever. Don't ever fall into this trap I'm rewriting this review coz yet again Rentomojo has disappointed. Taken my money and no idea where my refrigerator is. Bunch of cheats. I will take this to consumer court

Rento Mojo practice is very unscrupulous and unethical. Rento Mojo sells the product on RMI stating that the monthly rental will be adjust at the end of the tenure but that is not correct. If you have subscribed for 24 months then they will arbitrarily adjust only a few months rent. Your purchase cost of the product will be two times higher of the EMI. Please don't take any services of Rento Mojo. Very third class company and master of malpractices.

Initially when it was launched, rentals were at attractive rates. After a year post launch rates have been increased 2 or 3 times!! The customer care number gives only music. No one to pick up. Are they serious about business??
