Our team leader Saroj Kar have booked 3 rooms on behalf of us ..The duration of our stay was 21 st May to 23 rd May 2018... Truly speaking this hotel needs renovation and cost efficient . I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Only plus point of this hotel is View from Roof Top . Rooms are mediocre in comparison with fare , no decoration . We have allotted a room with 1.5 feet balcony !! ( only one person can accommodate at a time ) though we booked 7 months before departure. So if you book this hotel advance make sure a longer balcony must be provided . Though we have booked a premium room , we have no mirror in the toilet ..So in times of shaving we have to go to and fro between bed room and toilet as there is a mirror in the bed room but not in the toilet . Management should look into this .There is a in house restaurant in this hotel ..food is not so good .. Hotel staff Mr. Raju is helpful . There are lot number of hotels in Rinchenpong with better cost advantage and better location near Rinchenpong Bazar .So there should be no hurry for pre booking . This hotel is nearly 1 k.m far from main Rinchenpong Bazar .So if you need any shopping or if you want to eat outside of this hotel you need 1 K.M walking!!!
First of all , the hotel owner is very shrewd man . If you want to pre book this hotel , he will say there is no room for 1 days ..you have to book at least 2 days!!..Well you will book room for 2 days ..But entering hotel you may not get desired room ..As we have booked 3 different rooms under the name of Saroj Kar ( our team leader )..The highest paid room meant for balcony ..But on reaching there on 23 rd May 2018 ..Hotel Owner provides me the room with the tiniest balcony of the world !!!!( But we booked room 6 month earlier Nov 25 '2017 thinking big balcony room will be given to us )..On being questioned the manager said the room with bigger balcony has been given to their preferable visitor ( he visited for 2 nd time there ..and he booked the room just on Fen 2018 ...So the owner dupes us ..We want to leave this poor hotel just the next day ..But the owner told us to pay for 2 days ...The rooms are very ordinary ..We found better hotel in Rinchenpong much lesser price ...Staffs of the hotel are so so ..I will not recommend this hotel to others ...If you wanna paid unnecessary price for this ordinary property , then you will go for it . Very bad ..Poor Service .. I would like to give minus rating if there were any chance . Avoid this hotel .
(Hotel Rinchen) Best property in rinchenpong. Best tariff and best location. Recommended to all tourist to are willing to visit rinchenpong for first time and those people who wants to revisit this palce.

This hotel has nothing worthy to say ...very poor room and terrible balcony ( only one man can stand at a time ..so small) ...Bed sheets and pillows and blankets were dirty ..old room ..stink feeling ...low light and age old bathroom are another problem ..Food is ok but bot tasty ...very far from Main Rinchenpong Bazar ...there is only one grocery shop in the vicinity ... If you wanna take outside food , you have to walk at least 1 k.m to Rinchenpong Bazar ..I would like to tell family persons to stay away from this hotel ... this hotel may be suitable for solo traveller but hotel cost is too high in comparison with room and other basic amenities.
