It is a junction for Rishikesh old and new Railway Stations
like
there is no parking lot and there is no structure available there are seats in open where evenn you can't save yourself from the sun and rain. in the name of station there is only one room which is the staff of the railway station. I don't know about convenience but i am not seeing any auto rickshaw or cab and it's just 7:00 p.m. some light are onn. but the good thing is that construction work is on the process and hope it will be done soon.
The Virbhadra station is going to renew very soon...the ground work already started and it will be done after the approval for Block section. From here you can be diverted to Yognagari Rishikesh station and the existing Rishikesh station too. The renewal includes implementation of the highest standards to date. Have a good time in Rishikesh. Good luck and stay healthy!
Average place. There is no train for long ture. only 2,3 trains stay in station.
