She explained everything in a pedagogical way that made it easy to understand and fun to learn. I never really found anatomy interesting before Lubov's classes. Liubov is one of those rare breed of teachers who makes Yoga not only a lifestyle but fun and playful at the same time. Imagine having fun Anatomy class. Her friendly and approachable personality makes us look forward to each class even if her class is schedule after lunch. She taught us Anatomy during our 200hr-TTC, she has a very interactive way to teach Anatomy class. For some of us, we had absolute no background in the field of human anatomy, but she has her way around to make us understand. You can expect her to give you a lot of examples of yoga situations to make subject very relatable to you. You wont be lost in her class. She has what seems like an encycolpedic knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, methodology, technique and practice, yet she shares it with a humility. Sometimes in TTC because its a whole month programme, you might have times when you are in need of some advice from a big sister, here you know who to look for. Till date, I still keep in touch with Luba ji(thats how I call her) to seek advice on my yoga progress and teachings. Highly recommended to take her class. This speaks volumes about Liubov's commitment to learning and to guiding her students in their learning. I cant wait to try out her Yoga Therapy class at Lubov Badoni.

I had the pleasure to be in Lyubov’s anatomy class. She is a fantastic teacher who has answers to almost everything. And if she doesn’t - she will got the extra mile to find them out. She is a truly inspiring person - knowledgable, creative, approachable and very charismatic. She was only supposed to deliver the class for 2 hours but always stayed later to answer our questions about theory and even helped with our personal injuries. As a teacher she always came up with creative ways to explain ‘dry’ theory and make it more logical and memorable. Lyubov definitely made me want to explore and understand our bodies more and showed what a great link there is between our flesh and soul.
