Changing life experience. The trip, the lessons and the life there, is something that anyone should try it. For me the most important thing was that the teachers were so much educated. We felt what traditional yoga is, with a lot of help and answering my million questions, even after the classes they were helping us without get paid. I fully recommend it. Greetings from Greece!

The experience in Rishikesh and the school were both amazing. The school was very well done, long days in order to fit in the curriculum but if you have limited time and wish to obtain your teaching certificate, this is the plac to come. The teachers have a lot of experience and focused a lot on traditional yoga. The lifestyle and the proper breathing. Very different from western yoga and very interesting. The class size is not large so the teachers have time to answer all questions, help with the poses and take time with the students. The hotel was quaint, in a good location for walking around on off hours. It is basic room with a/c, hot water and a decent view of the mountains. The food was good and varied The staff were fantastic and any request we had was taken care of. They were of great help with help booking cabs and trains, which was appreciated. Wonderful experience!! The teachers were professional and inspiring. The program includes a very good mix out of all important aspects of yoga. The training is focused on traditional styles of yoga with comprehensive teachings on yoga philosophy, yogic life, asanas, pranayama, meditation and mantra chanting. There was a good energy in the class and I felt a fast improvement. The staff and management from the resort were all very friendly and took well care of us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was really good and healthy. The rooms had AC and a fan and there was always hot water in the shower. The resort is located at the main road on walking distance to the Ganga. Wir wurden kurzfristig in einem anderen Hostel untergebracht. Also nicht in dem Resort wie auf den Fotos. Das Personal ist aber sehr nett und hat sich gut gekümmert. Das Essen war auch sehr gut, lecker. Aufgrund der Regenzeit könnten wir nicht river rafting machen aber sind dann Tempel besichtigen gegangen und haben schöne Yoga Fotos am Ganges River gemacht. Die Yogalehrer sind sehr gut ausgebildet und uns viel beigebracht. Wir hatten viel Spaß zusammen und waren sogar nur 6 Teilnehmer so dass wir sehr gut korrigiert wurden bei den Yoga Posen. Wir hatten mittags auch viel Freizeit um die Stadt zu erkunden und shoppen zu gehen. Es war eine sehr sehr schöne Erfahrung und würde es immer wieder machen. Rishikesh ist wirklich sehr inspirierend und es gibt super schöne auch vegan organic restaurants. Ich kann “Zorba” nur empfehlen! Werde die Zeit nie vergessen.
