Ultimate place to relaxing. Very very quite place rather than a city. Mountain , forest and peace lovers can visit this place. Very mind relaxing but quite expensive place. I recommend for stay in Hotel Rosedell Inn.

The best thing to see from here is Kanchenjunga. From various point of this hill station the Kanchenjunga will attract your eyes. The road to reach here is muddy and narrow. There is some good hotel and homestay too placed for a happy visit.

It is one of the sleepy hill stations which has become a tourist hotbed very recently. It used to be a small village near Kalimpong but since 1998, lot of tourists visit this place for the calm and peaceful neighbourhood. On a clear day, you can see as far as Pakyong airport strip in Gangtok. The place has lot of medicinal trees nearby as well as pine forests which provide a spectacular view.

You can see marvellous, stupendous, the most beautiful Kanchanjangha from here. The soothing cold air,the scenic view never fails to cast a spell on you. Just visit there on a weekend. All the hustling-bustling of your daily life, all the depression will evaporate like water in hot scorching sun and you will feel refreshed as like you are in your mid 20s

One of the most beautiful and quite hamlet in West Bengal. Anyone who is seeking peace and serenity will fall in love here, paradise for bird watchers too.

Very nice tourist place for relaxation. No crowd no traffic sounds. Just full of fresh air and mind-boggling Kanchanjhanga view.

To see the majestic view of Kanchenjungha u may go to Rishop. Only 4km trekking from Lava. One can also reach here by hired a car from Lava paying 700/800. Hotels and homestays are available here. Sonakhara is one of the best hotels. A clear view of sleeping Buddha is available from most of the homestays.
