Poor service owner driver not understanding

I've been using "Royal Call Drivers" for more than a year.. At the beginning they were prompt at timings and they provided quality drivers for long journey. RECENT DAYS , I faced so many issues with them. Their service is getting worse day by day. Twice i excused but this time it made me to write a review on them. No proper customer service through phone. They're not assigning on time service for local acting drivers. No initimation from their side on behalf of cancellation/delay of the driver. No alternative number is provided to contact them. " Royal Drivers" it's a request , kindly improve your services and provide quality drivers who are experienced. Thank you

I literally wanted to give zero star... They sent a driver who couldnt take the vehicle from the parking.. the vehicle's door was completely crashed... when i called the company ( Royal Drivers) he was not even bothered and told that he isnt responsible.... Adding to that he saved the driver stating that the driver could not pay for the accident... The owner should only take responsibility.... Beware before u book someone...
