The most awful place. If you love your dog dont leave him there. I went there with a friend who wanted to leave her dog and we were aghast by the kennels, the closeness of the dogs. The staff really tries their best but the owner hasn't put in even one thought in making the kennels. I am worried that her dog may not be the same. Please have mercy on your dog and never out him or her there

This place is extremely unclean. We kept our dog for 3 days and she had hundreds of ticks n thousands of eggs on her body. She has fallen sick n some wounds there on body due to ticks. Cages are Big but super damm unclean. My advice, please avoid this pet hostel for your dog if you love them.
Extremely arrogant owner. His number is on Google and he scolds for calling him. Why put ur number there then ???? My dog got infinite number of ticks, he became aggressive. Overall avoidable.
It is ok to keep your dog for long duration as the price is cheap. But they need to keep more hygiene as many dogs are there and your dog could get tick and flees. Rest all is ok.
I want to give an honest review. I had kept my dog here for one day because we had to go out of station. We assured them that we will be back by 9pm at night but they said they shut down at 7pm and we will have to keep our pet there the whole night till next day morning 7am. I had no option but to abide to their policies. I took back my pet next day dot at 7 am i made them to open the door and they did n returned my pet. Now the problem my pet faced here is that he caught thousands of tick eggs, six-legged larva, eight-legged nymph on his body which i noticed when we bought him home. Trust me it made his life miserable he was left bitten he had tick fever skin infections we got him treated but still we keep finding one or two on his body.. I regret keeping him there that one day. Those people should regularly pest control and disinfect the floor. I would advice please dont risk your pets life keeping him here..
This is so heartbreaking. How can people be so cruel. I doubt if there is any vet on site everyday, if the dogs are let out for activities, if the drainage managed properly. Cold water by a pipe is just used to wash the cages and then they are simply left wet. There is No sanitation. No exercise. No welfare. No vet. Are there licenses ? Are there permissions ? Largely ALL RULES meant for WELFARE of Animals are being flouted.
The best location anyone could ask for! The atmosphere here is very refreshing. The dogs are taken care of very well. The family is always present and are animal loving. The kennels are spacious, food is good quality and there is ample space for the dogs when taken for a walk. I definitely recommend Royal Palms Dog Hostel! Their pick up-drop service is a great add on to all the other amazing facility!
