Discovered RSL care when I wanted to repair heels of my formal shoe. They are running a fantastic service in the times of pandemic. Very convenient service and polite staff. Will definitely avail their sevices again

Personally, I’ve had a very bad experience at RSL shoe laundry. First time I gave 4 pair of shoes and I was very disappointed with the way / condition my shoes was delivered to me. They were moist wet and were not packed properly. In fact the shoes were just kept in a paper bag and were delivered and as they were moist they had a foul smell. Had to give the shoes for cleaning at another shoe laundry. This feedback was shared with Mr. Santosh and he had assured me that next time this won’t repeat and he himself will handle order. Then following weeks later I again contacted them for the shoe laundry as I was assured by Mr. Santosh that the mistake won’t repeat. I again decided to take a chance and give them my shoes for cleaning and this time I spoke to Mr. Mangesh and had told him the incident that happened the previous time and even he ensured the same won’t repeat this time. But to my surprise when the shoe was delivered to me out of 3 pair, one of my white fur shoe was ruined with some blue stain on it. When contacted Mr. Mangesh tells me that while packing the stains appeared by mistake and that he had seen it on camera. Like really? This is not the kind of service we look at. These are expensive shoes such negligence shouldn’t be there. Even though they have again picked up the shoe to clean it I have lost all the hopes and I don’t think in future I would want to avail their services as 2 times I have had a very very bad experience with them. Bad / Poor quality of packing the shoe, Poor quality of shoe cleaning. I don’t understand that why aren’t shoes checked by them before sending it to us. Pathetic experience.

I gave them a pair of white Reebok sneakers which had collected dust and were stained by cow dung. After RSL's thorough cleaning job, they look brand new and shiny. Their pricing is competitive and the fact that they pick up and deliver, too, makes it incredible. Santosh, who I believe is the owner, is very responsive and friendly. Overall, amazing value with top-notch customer service.

Great and best experience people they clean my shoes not just washed then ,they have given the new life to them , best staff humble and polite and well known about their work and fully professional, i want people to know more about them and give their shoes wallet anything whatever work they do they are the best at their work.

I contacted rsl care based on the good reviews however my experience was not good. Spoke to mr.santosh who asked to whatsapp address for pickup. I requested him to send for pickup of shoes between 10am to 12pm and confirmed the same on email and WhatsApp. However there has been no pickup done and no call or msg for the same. The rsl manager doesn't even have the courtesy to reply and inform incase of delay in pickup. I would therefore not recommend their service.

best place to get your sneakers cleaned, they come and pick up and drop for only 200/- , super fast and THE BEST CLEANING, have sent over 20 pairs and have never. been disappointed, they take immense care and i. have trusted them with pairs worht more than 50k. thank god rsl care that my shoes remain chakachak always.
