Sincere request d'nt joined this company ashore/Office job,they put you on same rank and wages scale to your whole duration with RSM.No future growth and no contribution of RSM to EPF,GD or any to there staff.No seniority benefits.

Sagar Mankar: Anybody interested in joining RSM management as a crew please do not visit their office until they check your resume and are sure of the vacancy. Mail them your cv and when they call make sure they have checked your cv through n through. I just had a very disappointing experience with them. I am a AB and i mailed them my CV on their official mail, i even called them for the vacancy and the cv. Not being sure of who i am exactly they called me to the office, reaching there they asked me for a cv n sent me back saying they will call me back even though i had sent them the cv already, now thats not a big deal but after a couple of days they called me back and asked me to come to the office giving me the assurance for the interview and an immediate vacancy, i reached the office to realise that they forgot they have called me even though the second time i had made sure to let them know i am coming for the post of AB. Now i am not ranting because this a huge thing i am ranting because it takes almost 2 and a half hour for me to reach there plus money and they dont even get you through the interview. I request you to please call them in advance and make sure what rank you are and if there actually are any vacancies and also about the interview.
