Some staff good but some staff rude. Simply harassing the people by telling then come today come tomorrow. Even social distancing nit maintained. All people crowding. No one using sanitizer. No temperature check done.

Worst place to be. Inefficient, crowded. Whatever document you inward, the reply is come after 8 days. :D And the above is valid for last 15 years.
I needed to update my address for dl. The officer at counter was very helpful and told me which docs were required. After the allotted time it was processed and ordered new smart card with ease. Just be patient, organized and clear of the process and it will go smoothly. Tips:Go early to submit docs and in afternoon/evening to pick up or order new smart card. Less queue.
Wow! This is the most happening place in entire of Mapusa. After 10am on weekdays this is the place where every person of goa heads to after clubs close. This place should be awarded the most exciting place in goa ever. During business hours, this place gets so crowded that it exactly feels like a club or a pub. Only missing thing is loud music. But people standing in neverending lines do a hip hop occasionally due to overexcitement sometimes when they get to the front of the line and complete their work just to stand in another one! If you have no work and lot of time, please please visit this place to have a ball of time! Well jokes apart! My 5 Star rating is for the employees working in this office, who work tirelessly everyday in the service of the people of mapusa. Looking at the condition of this office without AC in hot goan summers, i must salute the employees of RTO mapusa who have been working here from last so many years. Their work is commendable and goa government and ministers who work from their posh offices must look into this and improve working conditions for these employees who sit at their desk for hours without taking any breaks.

Well quite surprised to see very good service offered ,prompt and alot of friendly approach....except the security guard on duty was very rude to people coming to RTO office.
