Very chaotic even in covid times. No Discipline. Great processes still exists today also, after a year of Covid, document hard copies are required to bring while payment you can do online. So you will have to visit this overcrowded place, when all things in India are running online.

Old RTO office do not have any Car or Bike parking zone available, The staff management is good they talk politely, the working hours are till 2 PM, one thing I would love to add, please do Carry your ID proof such as Adhaar card and PAN card Xerox copy, Passport size photo, a black pen, for whatever you come here for. This things do create a positive impact on the RTO employers and We get our work done a bit fast.

Fairly organized given the covid situation. Staff too were friendly. Seating arrangement was a little scary being rickety - probably due to high footfall!

It was good experience. For now they should maintain social distance. Should keep seperate department compartment in different departments. Also while giving exam there should not be any voice. Who are going for exam they should prepare properly. Because exam was not hard but not easy also.

I have submitted my documents for car license renewal on 9th October 2020 within the slot alloted to me .To my surprise it has already been more than 5 months and I have still not received my license. I checked it on Saarthi site and it shows pending. Does it really take 5 months for license renewal or do I need to give some money under table to get my work done.?

Rto office are good in service but it will be great when they fix there electricity issues because there after every 30 to 40 min light cutoff. They can fix this with generator.
