I was a student at this institution ever since it was made, I spent 12 years of my life here. I left this school in 2016 after I scored well in my 12th standard. This school has given me a lot, I was a fussy student and used to hate going to school but the teachers here actually made a better person out of me. Our Principal, Mrs. MADRA has always supported me and encouraged me. I feel that I was fortunate enough to have such people, supporting me while I was climbing the staircase to success. This school has always taught me that I won't be having my parents with me at every step that I take to help me, it is me who must choose between what’s good and what’s not. Now, I am a student at California State University, Monterey Bay and I think that if my school life had been very easy, I would’ve not really learnt how to stand up on my own feet and work. It was Doon International School, which taught me that come what may, stay confident and keep going. I had great time here and I’d say, these were the 12 best years of my life. It was a journey from not ever wanting to go to school to not wanting to leave the school. There are amazing educational trips that the school organizes almost once or twice every year which gives the students exposure to the life outside of school and home. I highly recommend this institution to the people looking forward to it.

Being a part of DIS for over past 12 years,I have witnessed a tremendous growth of the school. The management of DIS is very passionate about improving the teaching - learning paradigms, and has been constantly working on addition of better infrastructure with every passing year. The state-of-the-art smart classrooms had been introduced years ago, and hundreds of students have benefited from the same. The school boasts of the best in-house sports facilities with a gymnasium equipped with the best equipment, and a swimming pool.
