Not even proper chairs were arranged for the attenders to sit . I sat under a tree for hours. Many attenders were standing on the road during the hot summer time.

Good, well precautions for covid19. Can't park car here. Very short road. They don't have car parking.

Its pleasent atmosphere,very good staffs , excellent feeling, it's not like hospital or testing lab ,it's like spritual place, Iam very happy and wish to visit again again without any cause

Poor service These guys should learn the meaning of appointment ! I asked appointment on 7 jan they said there is no appointment available on that day so they said we have free slont only on 9 jan just becoz my friend told the service is good i waited for 2 days they gave me appointment at 10:30 in the morning i was on time here. The time is 1:05 still they haven't started anything am sitting here in severe pain no response from them whenever we ask them they are like wait for 10 more min they dont care for their customers ! also i have plans like visiting my doctor at 12 now i need to schedule that for the eve baring the pain

Very annoying, I'm a high risk pregnancy patient, I am advised not to sit for more than 10 mins. But I was made to sit for more than 5 hours. We requested for bed but they never bothered..They have 2 Indian type restrooms . For doctors they use western type. How will.the patients with high risk will be able to use Indian type. ? And after raising my voice that I cannot use Indian type,they gave me doctors restroom. For report they take too much time... Doctor didn't not bother to tell anything about baby... Staffs are very much much lettargic. ... Too many staffs but they react too much... Not understanding the situation and blinding telling to wait is really painful... Please reconsider the centre or if the management is ready to take up this comment please rectify your issues.
