They showed different variety of tiles and also explained which one is better and why and suggested for our needs. Dhanish employee stayed with us till end of day and we asked lot of questions and he didn't hesitate to answer and show all tiles. Fantastic service and great client handling. Price is cheap compared to other store. also reducing price on bargain. Manager also helps a lot and easily approachable. Not much waiting time.

Worst.!! Guys please simply don't trust the reviews given here.. I saw the Google reviews and went to the shop. I have purchased almost 2lac. Tiles and bathroom fittings. If u need I can submit the bills too. Initially before ordering the items ,till bill payment .. it went good the workers were co-operative. But later, delivery and broken tiles etc it's hectic part. We won't get proper response from both owners and workers. They treated like third person. I have paid but the most of the tiles was broken and calculation for each room for tiles also mismatch. Initially they told, we will exchange the broken tiles, later they took for 1/4 price and I have paid for 3/4 broken tiles. I came from idappadi to Salem. But travel expenses are more than everytime. I should hav preferred my local store at idappadi else I would have gone to gokulam
