Resort is in a beautiful scenic location but the rooms definitely need a makeover!! Staff are polite and helpful. I would rate 5 stars for the location, staff, garden and the natural water stream... But the rating gets low due to the condition of the rooms and the maintenance! For the price they charge, definitely they should plan for renovation of the rooms, which are pretty old and also ensure to place clean bed covers. Overall a nice place to spend a day. Last 2 kms of drive is on a very narrow road but would enjoy if you are a nature lover! (Stayed in Pool View Suite room)
Nice place with great ambience. As name indicates it is a heritage resort. There is a water park near to the resort. Recommended place. Negative: Wifi is accessible only in office and no network coverage for mobile network.
Best place to stay. We stayed in a hut the view outside of room was charismatic, place is surrounded by nature. It's quite and relaxing situated in outskirts. The place has waterfall, water park, garden, swimming pool, no mosquitos at all.
The only thing which was lacking here is unavailability of most of the network provider and no Wi-Fi.. Apart from that its a nice place of relax and forget about you daily life.. Set in midst of nature and hills.. Enjoyed it..

Great but very remote location, no network available, some rooms are good some are really bad at hygiene level. No COVID precautions followed. Food is good but with limited options.
4 stars for the clean and big rooms, huge and maintained society with a water stream flowing through the place, nice food & well behaved and professional staff. 1 more star to not have any mobile signal, some might not like it but I enjoyed my time here being with nature and away from the screen. One advice for the management is to increase Wi-Fi connectivity to all the rooms.
