Pandavgad fort is situated near Wai, approximately 90 km from Pune. Most part of the fort is a private property. Places to visit on the forts are some caves, water cisterns, well Maruti temple, temple of Pandavjai Godess, and remanant of fortress wall, Chunyacha ghana. One can get the awsome view of Dhom dam, kamalgad Mandhardevi hill etc. 2 routes to reach the top of fort..one from menavali village and another from Gundewadi village.

Nice Trek. This fort is located adjacent to Wai.
It is a moderate trek. This is owned by a private owner n not by government... So there is no as such specific path built to go at the top. Few village people have constructed a path to reach to the top... Good to visit in summer n winter season.
The Fort is not in good condition. It is private property of Mapro but it is not maintained . The fort is in bad condition. The temple , entrance gate, fort walls all are ruined. But the view from the top is awesome
A trek not for the mild hearted
Took us 1.30 hrs to reach at the top. Not recommended for kids and elderly people unless someone has good stamina. It is a private property, we need to make an entry in the register. No drinking water and toilets. Doest have bike or car parking. We parked our car at the base on request in a local house.
Enjoyed alot... Good for climbing Large area on the top to see. It takes just 1½ to 2 hrs bt we completed it in more than 3hrs as we were doing so much timepass and clicking lots of photos Some places are hard to climb. Be cautious while coming down. ... Water source(underground water) is also available on the top from where u can fill ur bottles. The water was so cold naturally without any refrigerator
