Beware: Their gold scanning machine(German as claimed in reply) is not accurate. It shows less carats compared to what you purchase. They will not accept it even if you show the original bill. I had to get my gold chain tested at private labs to prove that their machine is not accurate. Other option is to buy gold from shops where BIS certificate of authenticity is provided along with the bill. Anyway, one good point is you get little better sell price at Attica and also you get instant cash/online transfer

Worst executive how to behave with the customers they don't know in this branch one particular executive. I don't want to mention his name .That particular person he don't know how to behave with customers he will talk ruddle. I think u r encouraging that kind of person in u r office this is not first time I had faced this executive.

I request the company to be transparent in its checking the purity of gold infront of customer, the staff don't show us the purity chart unlike other gold jewellers. So we are left to believe whatever purity they estimate. If this step is initiated,then I would recommend buying gold here.Even for 22kt they deduct 10% amount

Better sell your gold to local pawn shops than go here . They are Real Cheats , they were trying to rob me of the gold and the part to measure the purity I also on the other side hidden from the eyes of the customer . The two men were continuously telling me to go to the other side so that they could mess with the gold . Very very shady company . They are also giving 88percent of the value and also deducting 3percent from the final . Definately you may lose around 10000 in the total amount received.
