I ordered few Agarbatthi packs online since they are made organically without using any chemical flavours around 2 weeks back and paid the money as well in advance. Till today I haven't received neither the products nor any intimation from those fellows andwhen I have pursued them many times(since I have paid the money) they reluctantly gave a tracking no. of Indian Post which doesn't work. Worst customer experience. Keep away. Because of fellas like them, Amazon, FLipkart are doing so Great! This will go BSNL way soon. Complete morons!!
