Ordered a chair online and was delivered in 5 business days. A component was missing from the package. Sent a mail to customer support and they sent a technician with the required part the next day. Excellent customer service.

Products are good but the service is terrible. It takes ages for products to be delivered. The parts that come along mismatch and it takes several visits by the technicians to get this fixed. The manager Ramesh never gets back to follow ups. I have purchased a table and yet to get the wire-manager fixed. Truly frustrating experience.

Good products, but atrociously bad service...delayed deliveries, installation will take ages. It's been over a month my order was delivered, I'm still waiting for installation. No one responds to your emails and calls.
