Simple Creature

I was really helpless when my gas cylinder was finished unexpectedly in the midst of cooking . Didn't have any choice but to call Mr. Anjan Kumar at Maruthi gas agency and explained my helplessness. I knew no one would share their cylinder with me due to covid 19. But Mr. ANJAN KUMAR is very polite and understood my problem and helped me by delivering the cylinder at home. Iam really thankful sir. I think our maruthi gas agency at bowenpally is best as everyone there is polite and helpful. I never faced any problem there.

Thu, waste service , one person is there he don't know how to talk first ..waste person. I removed the connection of HP gas taking care by Maruti gas

asking for delivery executive number to track delivery of cylinder at destination address, instead of given different executive number. and the executive said ,destination address is not in route. and i called in office number ,no one answer. careless behaviour. and this happen every time, finally i called another person and he solved it.

The service is very poor, irresponsible people, I have received a SMS that gas cylinder is delivered yet it is not delivered to me. When tried calling not reachable. This issue happened second time with me and I don't know why they are doing like this? Is someone there to take care and improve?? Useless..

Faltu agency. Very very bad service. Agency me jo girl he usko customer ke saath kese baat Kiya Jata he malum nahi he. Bad employe, bad behaviour. worst agency n very very bad employees ever I hv seen.
