Writing this review after using the package service twice. Before an year I have got my bike from Hyderabad to secunderabad and now from secunderabad to Hyderabad. Process of sending a vehicle is simple.. you need to take your vehicle to the transport department and get empty the tank it the fuel is left. once tank is empty, you can request the labour to pack your vehicle with covers etc.. they will charge you 300. Now go to counter and request for form, fill in your basic details that was needed, get your vehicle inspected and your done. The railway team will take care of your bike on loading part. PLEASE Don't go for the agents and waste your money for simple process... Pros: 1. You can book your vehicle at any time, 2 hrs prior to boarding of vehicle. 2. Railway staff will help you to fill up the details. 3. Both vehicle sender and receiver ( if 2 people) will get message of the vehicle status once it is booked, loaded to train, unloaded from train. Cons: 1. You need to submit the original receipt of acknowledgement when taking delivery. 2. There are delivery timings depending on station. I am attaching timings of Vizag location here. 3. You need to take delivery within those timing and before 6 hours of vehicle arrival. If not they will charge you the fine. Hope my experience helps. Happy journey! Stay safe :)

Good experience... Parcel your bike to any of the city in India. Good packing which costs 300, and parcel transport depends on your delivery location. Documents required. RC of the bike (Original, if you are traveling with your bike). Aadhar Xerox of the sender. Con. Takes much time for transport ticket at the booking office..

Very cheap compared to the other parcel Important - They will only accept parcel only if their is a direct train on the next day. Please don't loose that slip otherwise they won't deliver your parcel in the respective destination parcel office . Please bring a photocopy of your identity card . It's important other wise they won't take. Service is not good. You have to lift and weigh the luggage. The staff here is lazy. They will take long time , So better be prepared for atleast 1 hour. Handling of goods is not proper. So better don't keep any valuable goods or fragile items. They will take extra 100 rupees for packing.
