Don’t know why they listed their business on google with a contact number if the customer has call and book appointments with prestige toll free. And do try getting through to centralised toll free, press 1 for english, then music for a few minutes And then press 8 for a call back since all their customer service executives are busy with other customers. Call them 8.00 am or 9.00 am or any time during the day. It’s been atleast 4 call back requests every day for the past week and nothing. This authorised service center cannot take direct service booking. They will not take direct calls and just say that we need to call customer service. I would stonefly suggest that you please delist your business if you cannot service direct calls. I hope your service improves and hope to get a better Response

They took a very long time for a minor replacement, some issue in procuring it from their warehouse due to Covid 19 apparently, they looked short on man power too, I couldn't locate another service center in Hyderabad area, having one would really help
