Very bad experience , I gave my vehicle der and got it spoiled , bill was high and I expected good service instead I had to again and again get a repair evn small routine checks dey ignored, service was good few years back bt now I would say it's worst

I gave my Scooty for regular servicing for the first month and then when I received the bike back, it was not properly cleaned nor it was wiped with a dry cloth after the cleaning. The water from cleaning was still filled inside the bike after I unlocked the seat to check inside. Upon questioning the rude reply I and my father received from the employees were, we don't know about this and nor it is our problem, ask the cleaning guys, and we asked them when the cleaning guys will come they said they don't know they will come by 10.30 am or later. I have never seen anyone being so careless and rude to their customers and this incident has happened twice with us. I would not recommend giving your vehicle to this service center.

1. I gave my activa for removing denting and painting. They removed the dent but painting was not good as dust sticked alongwith the paint. 2. They sticked activa emblem only one side and said that they don't have other emblem in stock and asked me to come after 20 days. 3. They didn't screwed all the nuts and bolts not only this they didn't put some nuts back in its place leaving the sockets nutless. 4. They took out the stand that is inside the drum (engine area) and didn't placed back. As they had not attached a wire of backlight it came out of the drum and rested on the silencer as a result it got burnt, so I had to look for another mechanic to attach that wire there I got to know that the stand is not at its place. ALL IN ALL THEY WILL DELIVER YOUR VEHICLE IN UNFINISHED AND DISGUSTING CONDITION RESULTING IN UNNECESSARY ARGUMENT WITH THEM. DO I ADVISE TO LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE.

The worst costumer service I have ever seen,people over there doesn't treat you like a costumer.I recommend you not to go there for your Honda's servicing.servicing is good but end of the day words matter alot

They have promised to give free servicing by providing me the Annual maintenance contract which is valid for 1 year with three service cards. In that card it's clearly mentioned that they will not charge any penny other than engine oil now they have charged me 800 which also included sanitizing fee. How on earth sanitizing is necessary when they are cleaning the vehicle, this is trick of fooling customer. Don't loot the customers and do what you promise. I'm very disappointed with your services and will not come again. The street mechanic shop provide quality services better than yours. Grow up ....

Staff is well behaved and they attend to all your problems. Service is prompt and good. Been giving vehicle for service here for 5-6 years and it's always been a pleasant experience. Would recommend.
