I visited this Doctor a few weeks back..when I went she was not even understanding what I was trying to tell and she was telling me something out of the box...was really disheartened...she took only for 20 mins to talk to me and she told that she'd be sending me some activities which I should do daily but when I texted her she didn't respond till now

I really want to thanks Jyothi mam for her help to make me understand and help me realize my worth. It always happens that due to small or big issues in life we loose ourselves and depend on others to be happy and when those people show a sign that they can leave us, we completely get blank and depressed and that was my problem. I went to her with tears and came home with a smile and confidence. I could actually tell those people in my life that if you want to go and it help you then please do it I'm fine and happy with myself. The best thing about her is she don't judge us on the basis of what ever we tell. She just listen to us completely and understand our concern and let us know what is best for us.
