Suprised!!!! For a CBP test for reports to be available it takes more than 10 hours in TENET Diagnostic, My home collection sample was taken at 9.30 in the morning, after continuous followups with customer care they generated bill at 12.32PM and when I contacted them for reports at 7.00PM mentioned that the slides are just getting ready will take time. Specifically I would like to intimate the in-charge of ASRao branch...be aware if this is your working model, as the customer has to do multiple follows ups for reports...and delay the reports please rethink the purpose.And request you guys to learn from #vijayadiagnostics

They told they will send my report till 18 hours.....but wen I called them after 28 hours fr report.....they told me.....can't u wait....we have so many samples....we can't update exact time for u ani.....hell wid them....may they r unable to understand how we will wait

Hi Abhi here I really like this place there are very good staff members and everyone receiving very Goodly and things going very fast and everything is sanitised and healthy when I went into this centre I feel like I walked to my home

I have visited Tenet AS Rao Nagar today for Ultrasound testing. It’s a very experience I had in this pandemic situation. They doing COVID-19 testing and not following any precautions at all, they are not checking temperature and no hand sanitation at the entry. No separate path for COVID testing and separate path for other. It’s an absolute negligence. I immediately left as soon as notice all these.
