Worest response, better to remove hospital. No use with the hospital me came with an emergency with my brother they have not treated simply said no treatment. Please treat who came with an emergency. At least give instant treatment who comes with emergency.

Very arrogant staff peons are like boss here and even officers are unprofessional they don't give respect to patients and retired employment as if they are giving some charity to them, even after get the approval from panel doctor they send the file to various room that are very far with patients only, I don't know what kind of signs and approvals they do, in this age and time still follow old working flow instead they can use software and do the approval through TAT. Same like passport office. Very pathetic service some one should do the mystery audits from higher official's and take necessary actions on them.

Good hospital support employees of tsrtc employees and had lot of support from ts government also for development of this center. Many specialists will visit this and do the needful. Health is taken care under the policies and also Doctors support patients here.

Doctors are well experienced and the staff require to be trained bit more, the medicines are free provided they are part of RTC organisational or Students of Osmania University ( carry your Identity card students). Timings vary but visiting hours can be done till 7-8 pm
