One of the best picnic spots just about an hour & half from Imphal. Perfect if you are one of those nature lovers and looking for a quite serene place and breathe some pure oxygen. But I feel sad to see plastic bottles and alcohol bottles left by picnic goers. If you visit, please leave the place as it is.

The route itself is a beauty. Major paradise for the road lovers. Advised not to go deeper into the water, enjoy the view
Picturesque dam and you will loved the submerged tree and building due to inundation of recent flood and has permanently become the tourist destination like the backwater of major seabeaches.
It's my long time wishing to visit this place. I got the opportunity to do that on the New Year 2020.

It's a place where past and present collide, history vs reality, childhood against livelihood...it's a blessing in disguise for local populace whose ancestral villages have submerged under water but whose future is written with the place becoming one of the best sight seeing places in the state...
Picnic spot. The picnicers have now started to pollute the waters with plastics and throw offs from their parties. Need to pay attention for conservation and non-disposal of waste especially plastics.
