Extremely disappointed and pained with the way my two pugs were treated by them. They were tied up and not even given water. There were almost 20 dogs in two rooms and the amount of barking and howling was unbearable. They were not fed properly. A large quantity of food was piled up in a single bowl and left in the cabin even though separate bowls were given for both the dogs. My poor pets came home anxious and traumatised. If you really love your dog, please don't board him or her with these unscrupulous people. They don't love animals and they will treat your pet worse than a street dog.

I don't know how many 5 star ratings in the review are true but there is nothing in this boarding which you can rate as 5 star. Your pet is just another animal for them, they even don't care how much food they are giving to the pets. Very unmanaged and not recommended boarding. I will call it a jail for pets, based on treatment given. I reached@11 in morning to take my pet and he was eating his 1st meal of the day @11 in the morning bcoz they were not able to manage it and giving food turn by turn to 19 dogs in the small facility. I am very sure my pet didn't went for morning walk bcoz as soon as I get him out of the facility he pooed. They didn't kept water in cabin even after I provided them bowls. My pet drank water after reaching home like he had not have it for hours.
