This place is the best leisure centre in Shillong. It's well maintained and super clean. Inside there is swimming pool with heated water, shower, locker and changing room and cafe. For members, there are jacuzzi, sauna and gym. It is also quite reasonable. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Well maintained swimming pool.
It is the best swimming academy in all of Shillong. If you think the village swimmers are more faster and stronger than you just because of the the availability of rivers, come take up classes here and you gradually become more faster and faster that one day you might get the change of participating at nationals and even international levels

I find this place comforting but without the details, to assume this place is great for swimming everyday for non-members would be too lofty of a price. The disadvantages of an indoor pool would be the amount of chlorine present and I kid you not, you can smell the chlorine on your skin after you get out of the pool, so be sure to grab a good swimming gear before you enter pools that have high chlorine to prevent the unwanted eye irritation and unwanted hair loss and bathe well in case you want to smell like the Harpic liquid used to clean your washroom at home. Lastly, if swimming is your only consideration besides the other facilities offered here, go to other pools located in the city, you'll pay less and be happy with a 10-20 minute swim rather than an hour or 2 hour session. Also know the timing of your visit to the pool, because if classes are present, you might miss your chance to swim at the pool incase you are a non-member (1-3 PM)
The best well maintained pool by any standards . Just love the place .
