Excellent Body shop service, worst for servicing your vehicle. No attendees. Place is good, nice hospitality. no service updates on your phone. Should definitely improve

I don't recommend to make service of your vehicle here. It was my first visit as I was living Pune city and shifted to Pimple Saudagar recently. My vehicle running is 45K km and in my first visit only advisor gave me estimation of 41K on top of my existing clutch replacement work. So I was about to spend total INR 50K in my 5th service. What is this cost?????.... I was really surprised and shocked !!! Adding photo of estimation below. Pls do not visit unless you are not a businessman. Rather than buying a ford Figo I decided to go for Volvo or Mercedez to enjoy the service luxury.

No facility provided for test drive. But received an SMS from Ford India saying 'thanks for test driving'. I guess the Service executive just wanted to close the inquiry process in the system. Doesn't give a positive feeling about the dealer Shivalik Ford.
