Bad experience... We apply from ourself for 4 wheeler license. But after reach their for trial they said you have to show us insurence paper and RC book .. and that was not asking before and we don't have any idea about new rule ...then we gave 1100rs for agent which was present their.. rto officer didn't check any documents and agent charge us for 1 ride... We don't have any option becouse rto office is 60km far away from our home.. we are helpless for that time.. they just prove no one can apply from ourself for license without agent.. and this is not happen only with us...there were more people who suffer same like us.. corrupt place don't have time manner we spend almost full day becouse rto officer was late. And request to one more rto office in sangamner.. Need to change things
Experience was good regarding passing of new vehicle. Officers were really helpful in process. (This was regarding passing of vehicles with help of agents) but when it comes of license they are just worst they take money for every single thing which you want to do here. Corrupt staff not at all co-operative and doesn't help at all just wasted a day in there office
