I ordered rattles for my 2month old but I couldn't hear any rattling at all. How can you capture baby's attention when you yourself can't hear it. On being extremely unhappy with the product, I placed a return request only to receive an email saying it that they cannot accept the return as it comes under the "except" category!! I called the customer care explaining that there was nothing written on the website about the no return policy. The "except teethers and rattles" return policy should be mentioned otherwise it's like cheating the customers. Inspite of chasing them around, I got stuck with useless products. I would definitely not recommend their products to anybody. Absolute waste of money! Besides horrible products, they also have horrible customer service!!

I paid for the Wooden Activity Triangle in online shumee toy pvt ltd through Google pay on 22/12/2020 and I received the payment mail ,but till now I didn't get a mail for tracking id regarding my order ,This one is fraud ,pls don't believe this

I ordered a wooden lacing set and a wooden 3 in 1 writing board. There was no update on the order until I followed up. The wooden writing board was shipped some 15 days later but the lacing set is yet to be received. It has been 40 days after I placed the order. On following up multiple times, they have finally shipped the order. Quality of the toys is secondary, the service is hopeless. I hope Shumee improves customer service and ship their orders in time.

I ordered a stacker from Shumee toys , and it looked good but when I actually opened it one of the rings were too tight to insert for me itself , let alone the baby . When I informed about it , I didn’t get any positive response to it yet , still waiting for their reply . But after buying such expensive products , one doesn’t expect such defects in it . Ok so they did reply and also got the entire stacker . And this one is perfectly fine and of very good quality as well ! Thanks a ton !
