I really loved the service of Darjeeling Bike Rentals. We hired Thunderbird 350 for 12 days, there was an issue with the clutch in Ravangla (which was common as to reach Ravangla there are very inclined roads and roads were under construction), in the city there were very limited mechanic. But Amit (owner of Darjeeling Bike Rentals) helped me in every manner to resolve the issue. He even called me several time just to make sure everything is fine (this was the best part of the service). They also have pick and drop services for the convience. I highly recommend Darjeeling bikes and thank you Amit bhai.. once again :)

Very easy and quick service. The staff is humble and helpful. Take initiatives in providing comfort and information regarding everything you should know the city and other relevant issues. Bike was in good condition. It takes time to get used to a different bike than what you are used to but that is obvious. But no breakdown, no hassle. Highly recommended..

Well maintained bikes. Fantastic service. I recommend calling to check actual bike availability prior to making a booking and paying, as the online availability status may not be correct. Staff was very accommodating and even provided me with his personal helmet in addition to the complimentary one provided. All in all, a good experience..

So first of all, the location shown in google maps is not the right place... This is some office of theirs and they take you to some place for giving you the bikes. We had booked 4 bikes from them - 2 Avenger, 2 RE ( classic). The bike rents are reasonable, even the security deposit was cheapest when compared to other guys. But when you ask about their service and bike condition, OMG! I don't have words to vent out the amount of frustration and hard times we had to go through with these bikes ! First they had made a wrong permit for one of the avengers, so we had to exchange one of our bikes on the way from a guy who was getting back from Gurudongmar Lake ( which itself was a 300kms round trip), so we got a un-serviced Avenger. One of the RE's back wheel tube was in such a bad condition that the valve broke in middle of nowhere, 7pm!!! that was such a hard time for us to get the things going after that. And the avenger which we got in middle, was not fit for such trip at all, better these guys don't rent it, both of its wheels got punctured! and imagine we guys changing tubes and looking for mechanics during our trip...The same bike's pollution control was expired, they never had a check on it! It was 10 days trip for us, and the worst experience... PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT SERVICE. During our pick up, they guy who was there was in phone all the time, never spoke properly about any thing! And yeah both the riders must wear helmets, as you will take bikes from West bengal (where only rider helmet is mandatory), As you enter sikkim both rider and pillion riders must wear helmets. Believe me they will not tell you this, we had to get new helmets for our trip as we entered Sikkim ( gifted two helmets to them, alone with two new tire tubes) . When we called them asking why we were not informed about helmets - " they were kept there you should have taken if you wanted". this was their response. IN THE END ALL WE GOT WAS A WORST EXPERIENCE FROM THIS TRIP!

I rented RE Himalayan from Darjeeling Bikes for Bhutan trip. The bike was in excellent condition and I didn't face any issue. Paper work was complete ans hassle free. In fact, on my request owner brought the bike to preferred location. Good job guys. Way to go!

I have visited here. But, the name of the tour company is 'Saha' ... Saha is good. Good service. Bikes are well maintained but ain't got good performance.
