It was a good experience to buy few accessories for my new born. Staff were very polite and helpful, explained the needs of the new born and gave good suggestions. Good collection of products but cost is bit high compared to first cry. Anyways overall I would give 4/5 rating. Needs a bit of costing work and needs even more of quality product. Good work Team.

Very beautiful shop. The interior of the store is more beautiful than the exterior of the store. It should be said that this is the sea rather than the shop. There are many different collections, many different designs. Good Quality Products and also reasonable price. If we go to buy an item it will not happen in this shop, a woman named Jyoti will show us various items beyond what we went to buy and make us buy. The object she took and showed off is beautiful. Whether the object is beautiful or not, the object looks beautiful only when jyoti speaks about an object. She says the quality of the item and its beauty is beautiful and keeps buying that item. Understands the customer's mood and shows the products accordingly, She approaches customers with a smile without any laziness. 200 percentage satisfaction by Jyoti. She is one of the best sales women in this shop. All The Best and Keep it up.

Sales experience is good however the Security available in the Car Parking area helped us to get one scratch in our car by allowing another vehicle to park very closely. When a passenger opened the car door it created a scratch in our rear LH door. Thanks to that female passenger and Security person who taught us a lesson not to visit this place anymore .

This shop has all baby essentials starting from the new born. They had 5% offer for urine mats for new born's. Hand gloves and leg cover were priced economically when compared to other shops. Though they are plain with no printed designs on it. Then Monkey towel and baby bed which comes with Zip type are almost on par with other stores in terms of price and quality. There is no discount for those products. Baby Wrap which was of good quality with kind of velvet material costed around 640-/- and baby bed costed 340-/-.I took a sweater which is for 0-6 months new born costed 300-/- quality was good when compared to other stores for this price. I would say this store is preferable when compared to Born babies and First cry at least here we could save some 500-1000 bucks. Staff co-ordination can be improved. Parking is adequate and not so wide spaced.
