Generally I visit in treasure office people does work fast if servers remain good, once I had work in DC office maybe five years ago where I got really hard time for obtaining NOC I had to visit weakly wise for one year for obtaining the same really had bad experience with authorities unreasonable dates after dates.

The court building is of British era. There is an urgent need to address its repair and restoration.
A British era building. In the British era and later , Sivasagar was the district ,now consisting of Golaghat, Jorhat and Charaideo district. However the building is poorly maintained ignoring the heritage and nobody cares. It's now a place of court courting thieves.
A British made building, just a makeshift office....I don't like this office... Want a new one
