Play stands out and you can see it from far away. Valet service is available soon as you get down You will have someone running towards you. Good and healthy sanitization has been done before you enter into the restaurant and all the employees are wearing proper pandemic kits to protect themselves and the customer. As the name suggests this place is an experience, unfortunately I was not there this time for food and ended up here for dessert. but I’m definitely going back!! So we were three people and we ordered two Sundays one based on the chocolate Oreo and the other one was nuts and butter scotch. The nuts and butterscotch was perfect, generally if you have a big bowl of nuts sometimes it does numb your tastebuds but I enjoyed every bite of this. There was broken pieces of cookie crumble and cakes around which made the perfect balance. The Oreo sundae was supposed to be as it was globally and it was good too. There was slight hiccup in the Third order in which my friend had done, she had ordered a namelaka. Even though the plating was good and it looked great, but it wasn’t something to my taste. This place i would pin point as expensive but then again I will go back and try a whole meal in it and then add more points to my review

Not sure what the place is trying to be. Felt rather limited for a desserts place. There is a selection of pastries, full cakes and that's it. And not quite budget friendly. Expectation is you would have a meal somewhere else and drop in here for a dessert. Don't know why someone would do that when most restaurants would carry an equivalent set of desserts. Okay perhaps if you approach it as a cafe or as a cake house only. I find greater joy at The Corner House.

Loved their 8 layers of Chocolate dessert and the fresh Lychi and caramel ice creams. Their service was fast even though it was very crowded. They have so many gifting hampers as well. Apart from desserts, they also have breakfast/snacks options. They have valet parking.

Place has good ambience, staff and chocolates. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good artisan chocolates and Macaron. You do get other bakery items and there's a food menu with good seating too.

Got chocolate full of fungus on 8th April 21, got sick after consuming. Went through some reviews- they are serving/delivering stale cake n chocolates since some time, one guy got worms/maggots in his chocolate. Wish I had gone through the reviews before ordering. It used to be a good place before 2020, now hygine standards are questionable. Avoid at all costs. Company is not paying attention to the complaints or reviews. Full review : I had a horrible experience with smoor,we got chocolate filled with fungus inside! took a small bite before realising it was rotten and me and my friend were sick for 3 days, imagine if someone ate the whole chocolate! this is not a hate review, I used to love smoor and we were regulars there, food used to be worth the price. but my experience was horrible, only after this incident I figured this was not a 1 time mistake, they are serving stale food, cakes chocolates since many months...one guy got worms in his chocolate and zero action has been taken to improve the hygiene standards. management is only interested in profits doesn't care if their food makes you sick. we were offered cake, more chocolates, lunch, dinner anything to nor share the video online. this type of behaviour is punishable. they are serving rotten food and making people sick and only care about the brand image! avoid this place completely, especially during covid times you don't want to visit the hospital for avoidable reasons. also management and staff are posting positive reviews instead of actually doing something to fix the problem. shameful!

Ordered cake. Delivery was on time and service was good. I liked the cake presentation and they provided wooden knife which I appreciate for their step towards sustainability. Cake layers were perfect. However, it was towards sweeter side which I prefer to be less.

Had breakfast on a Sunday morning. I ordered the sunny side up, cinnamon roll and hazelnut coffee. The food is amazing, tasty perfect, eggs are perfect. Good ambience, safety measures in place, good service. They got other things too over there, do visit and do buy macaroons. Would visit again.
